FAQs

What counts as a 'message'?
One end-user question to your chatbot. The assistant's reply doesn't count separately. Refused queries (where the bot says 'I don't have that information') still count as a message.
Can I switch plans mid-month?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and pro-rate. Downgrades apply at the start of the next billing period so you don't lose access to anything you've already paid for.
What's the AI cost cap?
A daily limit on OpenAI spend per workspace. Once you hit it, new chats are throttled until the next day. Prevents runaway cost from a single noisy bot or upload. Configurable per-tenant on Enterprise.
Is my data ever used to train models?
No. Your data is private to your workspace, isolated by row-level security in our database, and never used for training — ours or OpenAI's. We use OpenAI's data-privacy-preserving API endpoints.
Do I need a credit card to start?
Not for the Starter plan or for the 14-day Pro trial. We'll only ask for payment when you keep the Pro plan past the trial.
What about GDPR / data residency?
Standard plans store data in the US. EU and AP regions are available on Enterprise. Contact sales for a DPA.
